Compliments and Complaints
Your feedback is so important to us. Of course we want to know when and how we can improve but it's also always fantastic to hear when we get it right.
We’d love to hear about those students and staff who go the extra mile and contribute to our wonderful community.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied or have concerns about any aspect of our practice, please let us know. You will always be listened to and your complaint will be treated seriously. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
If your complaint involves your child (it could be about bullying or your child’s learning for example) please see your child’s Head of Year.

If your concern cannot be resolved at this level, it will be passed on to a senior member of staff.
More serious complaints
If you are unhappy with the outcome of a concern raised with school, please contact Evelyn Markey - PA to Headteacher who will escalate your concern through the Complaints procedure. evelyn.markey@egas.islington.sch.uk
This could involve:
- Putting the complaint in writing;
- Involving governors if necessary;
- Holding a formal hearing;

Please note that Subject Access Requests are not able to be processed while the school is closed during holiday periods. We will respond to any such request as soon as the school reopens.
